By purchasing courses or using our digital platform, you agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy. Read this policy before making a purchase so you understand your rights and our procedures.
This policy applies to all services offered by PVSC Education Private Limited (branded as PVSC Education Access), including live classes, recorded classes, learning programs and training courses.
You may cancel access to a course at any time. However, cancellations do not automatically entitle you to a refund except where this policy explicitly allows one (see "Conditions of Refund" below).
If classes are cancelled by PVSC under exceptional circumstances, supplementary classes will be arranged and refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Eligible: UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cash.
Not eligible: Debit Card EMI, Credit Card EMI.
Send your refund request from your registered email address to: support@pvsceducationaccess.com within 7 days of enrollment.
Include your purchase details and proof of payment to speed up processing.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if:
First contact the Grievance Redressal Officer (contact details below). We will try to resolve disputes by mutual discussion.
If unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and/or to courts in Gurugram, Haryana as applicable. Each party will bear its preparation and representation costs unless the arbitration award provides otherwise.
PVSC may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be published on our website (https://pvsceducationaccess.com/). Please review this policy periodically.
